Hello, I’m Colette, As an Integrative Counsellor and Coach, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and the struggles that come with feeling misunderstood.
I understand how difficult it can be to feel connected, both with yourself and with others. For many, relationship struggles, communication barriers, and feelings of being "different" can be overwhelming. I know firsthand how it feels to be misunderstood—many people face these challenges in extreme ways.
Having personally struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety, and the frustration of not feeling understood especially as a child at school—and in my early relationships in my 20s—I have empathy with those who feel stuck. Since becoming a counsellor, I have learned skills that have helped me build my confidence. I know how easy it is to give up and withdraw from relationships altogether or feel isolated. Many people feel disconnected from others, unsure how to navigate the complexities of relationships, and disconnected from their true selves.
As an integrative counsellor and coach, I combine multiple therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs. I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other models to help you make sense of your feelings and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I work not only with individuals but also with parents who are struggling to raise children with different parenting styles. Many parents feel like their children are misunderstood, and I support them in navigating these challenges, as I’ve seen the impact it has on both the parent-child relationship and the family dynamic.
I also use my personal experience to guide my work with clients. I understand how deeply these issues can affect self-worth and confidence. My passion lies in supporting people to break free from these limiting beliefs, helping them reconnect with themselves, and build the relationships they deserve.

Tools and techniques to rebuild your confidence: I’m a Master NLP Practitioner, and I use a range of techniques like Timeline Therapy, Inner Child Connection, Parts and Chair Therapy, and Anchors to help you reconnect with your true self and create lasting change.
A safe space to be heard: You don’t need to feel like you’re “too much” or “not enough.” I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and experiences.
